A Journey of Compassion and Expertise
I am a CDA-licensed psychologist and have a special needs specialist license from the TLS School System, specializing in child and adolescent therapy. With a passion for supporting the mental health, well-being, and educational success of young individuals, I bring a wealth of expertise in therapeutic approaches such as dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), art integration therapy, play therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and solution-focused therapy (SFT).
In addition to my therapeutic work, I have extensive experience supporting children with special needs. I collaborate closely with schools and families to develop customized educational plans and curricula tailored to each child’s unique abilities and challenges. By integrating therapeutic and academic strategies, I aim to ensure that children with special needs receive the support they require to thrive both emotionally and academically.
My practice is dedicated to helping children and adolescents navigate emotional, behavioral, developmental, and educational challenges in a safe and nurturing environment. Whether addressing anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation, family dynamics, or special educational needs, I strive to provide personalized, evidence-based interventions to foster resilience, self-awareness, and growth.
I believe that every child deserves a space to express themselves freely, build confidence, and achieve their full potential. My approach integrates creativity, empathy, and a strong foundation of therapeutic and educational techniques tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.
